Farmers contribute to upgrading nearly 24 km of rural roads

Under the movement of “All people joining hands to build new rural areas”, Phu Giao district’s Farmers’ Association and its branches mobilized members, farmers to actively get involved in the new-style rural construction program.

Accordingly, officials and members of the association contributed more than VND1.16billion and 1,359 working days to upgrading 23.7 km of rural roads, more than 1.4 km of in-field canals; installing 45 sluices and repairing 0.3 km of power works…, thereby contributing to maintaining and improving the quality of criteria on new-style construction while completing new-style rural construction in 2 communes of Phuoc Hoa and An Binh.
