FDI attraction over VND 4.4 billion

In order to improve the efficiency of investment attraction after being affected by the COVID-19 epidemic, Bau Bang district always pays attention to, encourages and creates the best conditions for all economic sectors to participate in production investment. Thereby, it has attracted many large-scale investors, especially foreign investment.

Accordingly from July 1, 2020 to March 31, 2023, the district has attracted 385 investment projects; in which, domestic investment was 340 projects with a total registered capital of more than VND 2,400 billion; foreign investment 45 projects with a total registered capital of more than USD 1 billion. Currently 1,385 projects in the district are 4 times higher than the time when the district was separated when domestic investment was for 1,156 projects with a total registered capital of more than VND 32,136 billion and foreign investment in 229 projects with a total registered capital of more than USD 4.4 billion.
