Focusing on organizational restructuring and Party congress preparations at grassroots and district levels

Early February 6, Nguyen Van Loi, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of provincial Party Committee and Head of provincial National Assembly Deputy Delegation, chaired a briefing session with affiliated Party Committees, leaders of various departments, sectors and related units.

At the meeting, provincial Party Committee Office reported on the implementation of tasks in Q1 2025 and outlined key priorities for February and the following months. In January 2025, all-level authorities and sectors swiftly carried out the province’s key tasks for the year while organizing numerous activities to celebrate the New Year, the Party and the Lunar New Year 2025.

In general, efforts to support policy beneficiary families, low-income households, children and workers with particularly difficult circumstances were timely and well-received, creating a warm and joyful festive atmosphere. Additionally, the province successfully launched the Ho Chi Minh City – Thu Dau Mot – Chon Thanh Expressway project, issued investment certificates to businesses and prepared for the 2025 military recruitment process.

The meeting also included reports from Head of provincial Party Committee’s Organization Commission on restructuring the organizational apparatus of provincial- and district-level Party agencies and from Director of provincial Department of Home Affairs on restructuring specialized agencies under provincial and district-level People's Committees. As of now, the restructuring of Party and government agencies at provincial level has been largely completed under the guidelines of the Government and provincial Party Committee. Additionally, leaders from provincial Party Committee’s Organization Commission and Department of Home Affairs provided guidance on specific aspects of restructuring at the district level.

During the meeting, delegates discussed and contributed opinions on the results of January’s tasks and the directions for February and the following months of 2025. Key topics included organizational restructuring, preparations for grassroots and district-level Party Congresses, planning for the 2025 military recruitment process and other key tasks for Q1 2025.
