What measures did the bureau take to control issues of food safety and hygiene on Tet?

To minimize food poisoning cases on Tet and the fifteenth of the first lunar month festivals, the provincial steering board of food hygiene and safety has set up 104 inter-sectoral inspection delegations to ensure food safety and hygiene in the locality.  

In addition, the unit has spurred promulgation and education about food safety and hygiene under various and plentiful measures in a bid to minimize food poisoning cases before, during and after the holidays.

What advices do you have for customers to ensure food safety and hygiene on Tet?

To ensure significance of Tet holiday, we should keep health and prevent risks after joys. Specifically, to control epidemic diseases transmitted via foodstuff, we should maintain useful habits including hand washing before and after meals, use clean and safe foodstuff.

In addition, we should protect ourselves and our relatives by warding off contacting to sick and dead poultries, using cooked poultry meat and so on.

To minimize weight increase on Tet holiday, we should ward off cholesterol dishes and divide main meals into many small ones and eat more vegetables and fruits. Additionally, we should minimize beer and wine products.
