Food safety training at Rebisco Vietnam Company

On August 12, 2024, the Center for Trade Promotion and Industrial Development of Binh Duong Province organized food safety training for 74 officials, including managers and workers of Republic Biscuit Corporation Vietnam Co., Ltd., located in Bac Tan Uyen district.

The training focused on some important topics such as: potential food contamination hazards, food safety conditions at production facilities, and good hygiene practices in processing. 

The content was based on the Law on Food Safety and Decision No. 1390/QD-BCT of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, to help workers raise awareness and apply food safety procedures, thereby minimizing the risk of food contamination and poisoning. 

At the end of the training session, trainees acquired an updated knowledge on food hygiene and safety, actively contributing to improving the production quality of their company.
