With the goal of "High productivity, good quality, efficiency, ensuring stable working environment, increasing income of employees", over the past 5 years, Trade Union of Binh Duong Industrial Parks launched many emulation movements, which focused on "Excellent Labor, Creative Labor". The movements strongly aroused the spirit of patriotic emulation, creativity, and dynamism in production; diversified products, heightened competitiveness on the market, created jobs, and increased income for workers.

According to statistics, during period 2015-2020, every year, there were more than 100 affiliated grassroots trade unions regularly deployed the "Excellent Labor, Creative Labor" movement at enterprises; and above 1,000 innovative projects, finished products, useful solutions that have been applied and gained good results. Total economic value for businesses was over 500 billion VND. For example, Trade Unions of Asama Company, Scancom Vietnam Company, Sao Viet Company, Astro Company...

Dao Tran Dong, Trade Union Standing Vice Chairman of Binh Duong Industrial Parks, said the good news was that over the years, the "Excellent labor, creative labor" had been growing strongly, spreading widely. Since then, it aroused the patriotic emulation, creativity, and dynamism, encouraged workers to overcome difficulties in production, successfully complete assigned tasks. Initiatives and innovations have minimized defects, saved fuel and energy, increased labor productivity, reduced product costs, improved competitiveness on the market, and increased income for employees. Then when these projects and initiatives of workers are recognized by the employers, it motivated workers to explore, research and make long-term commitment to the enterprises.

Talking about spending much time on researching, exploring ideas, innovating techniques, Luu Thi Loan, Head of Production Department of Triumph International Vietnam Company (Song Than 1 Industrial Park), said that while working if she found something entangled, she would definitely find out about it. If she has ideas, she will propose to the company... Just like that, the number of her initiatives is higher and higher. It is known that Ms. Loan has many initiatives; and the latest one has helped increase product output, saved more than 200 million VND/year for the company.

Dinh Sy Nhan, Manager of welding workshop, Asama Vietnam Company (Song Than 2 Industrial Park), also has many initiatives. The most noticeable one has saved the company over 1 billion VND/year, and at the same time minimized labor accidents.

According to Mr. Dong, in order for the emulation movement to attract a large number of employers and employees as participants, in addition to emulation contents, the movement should follow closely with the situation and conditions of each type of enterprise, praise and commend timely outstanding individuals, which are one of the important factors contributing to the success of the movement. Therefore, recently, Trade Union of Binh Duong Industrial Parks held a conference to commend 286 workers, officials and employees. They are beautiful flowers in the "Excellent labor, creative labor" movement over period 2015-2020.

In order to further promote the development of "Excellent Labor, Creative Labor", in the coming time, Trade Union of Binh Duong Industrial Parks will renew the organization of the movement in a practical, effective, suitable manner, turning towards the grassroots level, making an important contribution to stimulating production, building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations in enterprises.
