Former Party and State’s leaders on working visit to standing board of local Party Committee 

Early September 15, Le Kha Phieu, former Secretary General of Central Committee of CPV and Nguyen Minh Triet, former Member of Politburo and State President had a working visit to standing board of local Party Committee, local NA Delegation of the province and members of the standing board.

At the working session, Tran Van Nam, Deputy Secretary of Binh Duong Provincial Party Committee cum Binh Duong Provincial People’s Committee reported on socio-economic status of the province in the first 8 months of the year, on results of all-level party congresses for 2015-2020 tenure as well as preparation for the 10^th Provincial Party Committee Congress for 2015-2020 tenure. According to Tran Van Nam, socio-economic gain of the province eyed rational results with 10.5% GDP growth and industrial production value increment of 13.4%, exportation revenue of USD 11.7 billion which is 17.5% higher than previous term. In 8 months, budget collection of the province hit VND 24,000 billion which is estimated to reach VND 34,000 billion by the end of 2015. Foreign investment attraction eyed USD 1.435 billion of contributions, exceeding the year’s estimation. As for results of all-level party committee congresses for 2015-2020 tenure of the province, Tran Van Nam affirmed the great success. The congresses have been conformed with regulations, processes, and guidance of the central committee. Preparation for the 10^th Provincial Party Congress of 2015-2020 tenure has been in accordance with planning.

Sharing the delight of achievements that Binh Duong Province gained in socio-economic and security-national defense aspects, Le Kha Phieu asserted that in 10 recent years, Binh Duong Province has ehed fast development to be on the top nationwide economic development. Le Kha Phieu wished that the strategic preparation and vision would be helpful for Binh Duong Province to develop faster and more sustainably.
