Former State President on working visit to EIU

Early April 1, former State President Nguyen Thi Binh and Prof. Ph.D Tran Hong Quan, former Minister of Education and Training, now Chair of Federation of private colleges and universities led a visiting and working delgation to Eastern International University (EIU).

Receiving the delegation was Deputy Chair of Provincial People’s Committee, Mr. Huynh Van Nhi General Director Nguyen Van Hung of Becamex IDC, and leaders of EIU.
At the reception, Ph.D Nguyen Van Phuc, President of EIU reported on the university establishment and training policies.
Former State President Nguyen Thi Binh highly appreciated the facilities, staffs, and quality improvement targets of EIU. She asserted that major socio-economic issues could be resolved indirectly by investment into education.
