“Free supermarket” model replicated

Early July 8,  “Free supermarket” organized by Vinh Phu ward’s Women’s Union in Thuan An town further opened to serve the poor in Tay quarter.

On this occasion, the organizers offered 150 gifts, old clothes and gas cookers to the poor, the disabled and workers at lodging facilities.

Phan Hong Chau, Chairwoman of Vinh Phu ward’s Women’s Union said that the model of “Free supermarket” was launched in 2015. So far, the model has been replicated in 5 quarters of the ward. It is organized in each quarter every week.
