Free vocational training for young people completing military service and young volunteers

Provincial People's Committee has just issued the Decision No. 1025/QD-UBND ordering free elementary vocational training for 455 young people who have completed military service, police service and youth volunteers.

Accordingly, provincial People's Committee places orders for vocational education establishments to provide public services using State funds in accordance with the provision of the Article 12 of the Government’s Decree No. 32/2019/ND-CP on regulations for assigning tasks, ordering or bidding to provide public products and services using the State budget from regular expenditure sources. The requirement of provincial People's Committee is that trained skills must meet labor market needs, being consistent with the local socio-economic orientation. Young people participating in vocational training at the elementary level are issued a card with the maximum value equal to 12 months' basic salary at the time of getting vocational training and it is valid for 1 year from the date of issuance.
