Provincial People's Committee has just issued the Decision No. 1025/QD-UBND ordering free elementary vocational training for 455 young people who have completed military service, police service and youth volunteers.
Accordingly, provincial People's Committee places orders for vocational education establishments to provide public services using State funds in accordance with the provision of the Article 12 of the Government’s Decree No. 32/2019/ND-CP on regulations for assigning tasks, ordering or bidding to provide public products and services using the State budget from regular expenditure sources.
