Fresh rose’s price on the rise

Rose, chocolate became 2 key items on Valentine’s Day. Red, yellow, pink roses were priced at VND10,000-12,000 per flower on Feb. 14. Hong Thu flower shop’s owner in Thu Dau Mot town, said she sold out nearly 100 rose bouquets in the morning.

Aside from rose, chocolate is a most-liked product for young couples. Supermarkets and confectionary shops displayed this product in a separate area. Other keepsake products of cuddly toys, jewelries or books also sold like hot cakes.
