Friesland Campina Vietnam Co. marks its 20th anniversary

Friesland Campina Vietnam Company (or previously called Foremost) held a ceremony to mark its 20^th anniversary in HCM city on the evening of Feb.29, in attendance of Tran Van Nam, Member of the Central Party Committee, Secretary of provincial Party Committee; Tran Thanh Liem, Vice-Secretary of provincial Party Committee, Chairman of provincial People’s Committee.

The company has been present in Vietnam since 1996 with the motto of “Building up the source of health, connecting family members”. After 20 years of development, the company has affirmed its prestige, trademark and position in domestic and regional markets, becoming one of Vietnam’s top units in milk sector.

Addressing the ceremony, Mr.Liem praised achievements done by the company over the past time while wanting that the company will further enhance its operational efficiency to be line with international integration trend and ensure competitive capacity when the Trans-Pacific Strategic Economic Partnership Agreement (TPP) is implemented in Vietnam. The company also needs to give better care for laborers and actively get involved in social charity activities. With such efforts, it is believed that the company will well uphold achievements done and go abreast with the evolution of the province in the future.
