Provincial Department of Information and Communications informed that this agency has piloted a merger between Online Public Service Portal with Binh Duong Online Single Window System into an Information System for handling administrative procedures.

Specifically, the pilot software will be started at 7.30 am, November 28. Seven departments participating in the pilot include Education - Training, Justice, Culture, Sports and Tourism, Information and Communication, Science and Technology, Home Affairs, Finance Departments that will access the pilot software at: motcuabinhduong.binhduong.gov.vn to receive and process administrative procedures from November 28 for administrative documents submitted on the new Provincial Public Service Portal and directly submitted at the counters.

Administrative documents submitted before November 28 are still submitted and processed by the current single-window software at motcua.binhduong.gov.vn:7979 until completed.

For agencies and units that have not yet implemented the pilot, they can still access the current single-window software: motcua.binhduong.gov.vn:7979 to receive and process administrative procedures; experience the pilot software modules and functions, submit online public service dossiers, guide people and businesses through the changes in interface, the online submission of documents on the new platform.
