Fruit carving contest – Southern fruit festival 2016: Binh Duong wins 4 medals

Suoi Tien Cultural Tourist Area has closed the Southern fruit festival 2016 with nearly 300 tons of all kinds of delicious fruit was consumed. Many gardeners of Binh Duong also took part in the festival with specialty fruits, such as mangosteen, sweetmeats (Lai Thieu, Thuan An Town), green grapefruit (North Tan Uyen).

The work winning golden medal of Net Viet fruit carving club

At the fruit carving competition, Binh Duong had 4 winning works. In Group A, Net Viet fruit carving club (Tuong Binh Hiep, TDM City) won the gold medal with outstanding work; artist Le Thanh Trang (Thuan An Town) won the silver medal; Pham Van Dac (Ben Cat Town) won the consolation prize. In Group B, Nguyen Van Thanh (Ben Cat Town)  won the bronze medal.
