Further realizing tasks, measures to improve investment climate and increase national competitiveness

Provincial People’s Committee has just issued a plan on the realization of the Government’s Resolution No.02/NQ-CP on tasks and measures to improve the investment environment and increase national competitiveness in 2020.

Accordingly, sectors, departments and the People’s Committees of districts, townships and cities in the province will concentrate on improving the business climate, promoting the ASEAN and national one-door customs mechanism, promoting non-cash payment and fourth-level online public services, and developing innovative startups.

They need to disseminate the resolution and the plan in association with reviewing their responsibilities in reforming administrative procedures, improving the investment climate, enhancing competitiveness; remove shortcomings; uphold achievements done to put forward solutions to successfully carry out targets, tasks of the resolution.
