Further strengthening role and responsibility of leaders in task implementation
Early March 26, provincial Party Committee held a quarterly briefing conference for the Party and mass organizations in Q1 2025 and set out directions and tasks for Q2 of the year. Comrade Nguyen Loc Ha, Permanent Vice Secretary of provincial Party Committee chaired the conference.

At the conference, representative from provincial Party Committee Office presented a report on the performance results of Party and mass organizations in Q1 2025. Accordingly, in Q1, provincial Party-affiliated agencies and units effectively implemented key tasks as planned by the Standing Committee and Executive Board of provincial Party Committee and carried out their professional duties under their functions. Notably, in the first three months of 2025, provincial Party organization admitted 84 new members, bringing the total number of Party members in the province to 57,470.
In addition, provincial Fatherland Front Committee (VFF) and its member organizations proactively implemented key tasks and programs in line with the orientations of the Government and the province. Provincial VFFs at all levels also carried out many practical and meaningful social welfare activities...
Delegates attending the conference actively discussed and proposed solutions to effectively strengthen Party building efforts and promote socio-economic development in the coming period.
Speaking at the conference, comrade Nguyen Loc Ha emphasized that Party-affiliated agencies, units and localities must continue strengthening the role and responsibility of their leaders in implementing tasks and driving socio-economic development in 2025, aiming for double-digit growth. He also called for intensified efforts to develop Party membership, expand Party and socio-political organizations in non-state enterprises and enhance propaganda and emulation movements, particularly in celebration of major national holidays and political events, especially the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification. These efforts should be linked with initiatives to improve the well-being of the people, especially those in difficult circumstances, policy beneficiary families and revolutionary contributors...Furthermore, relevant agencies, units and local authorities are urged to enhance communication efforts and ensure ideological stability among officials, civil servants, public employees and workers to effectively fulfill their assigned responsibilities…
