Gifts given to poor households and people of difficulties

In order to demonstrate the spirit of unity and mutual love among the officials and members of the veteran association in the city, especially on the occasion of the Lunar New Year, on the morning of January 23, Thuan An city Veteran Association, in collaboration with the Veteran Business Association of the city and philanthropists, organized a ceremony to present 29 gifts to veteran members who are classified as poor or near-poor and facing difficult circumstances.

In order to demonstrate the spirit of unity and compassion among the officials and members of the veteran association in the city, especially during the Lunar New Year, on the morning of January 23, Thuan An city Veteran Association, in collaboration with the Veteran Business Association and various philanthropists, organized a ceremony to distribute 29 gifts to veteran members who are classified as poor or near-poor and facing difficult circumstances.

This occasion, the gifts have been given to members who are poor, near-poor, and in difficult circumstances; each worth 1,200,000 VND, including 500,000 VND in cash and essential items. Although the gifts may not be plentiful, they reflect the spirit of mutual love and support in life during the Lunar New Year.

On the morning of the same day, Vinh Tan ward, Tan Uyen city organized a program to give gifts to people in difficult circumstances in the ward.

On the occasion of the Lunar New Year 2024, Vinh Tan ward has mobilized businesses to support over 100 gifts to be given to households facing difficult circumstances in the ward. Mr. Le Hoai Bao, Vice Chairman of Vinh Tan Ward People's Committee, said that among more than 100 households facing difficulties, the local authorities have allocated a portion of gifts and 5 million VND to be given to child L.T.N., an orphan due to a traffic accident who is currently residing in the ward (this is a case that the local authorities received information from Binh Duong Newspaper).
