Determined to change her circumstances, she started her business from scratch. With perseverance and a keen business sense, she gradually established the respected Canh Chi fashion garment brand in the area. Not only has she developed a stable production and business operation, but her company also creates jobs for dozens of workers. She prioritizes hiring 22 individuals from poor households, providing them with stable incomes ranging from 5 to 15 million VND per month, thus helping them improve their lives and escape poverty sustainably.
For Ms. Hanh, success is not solely defined by profit; it is also about the ability to share and promote positive values within the community. When the patriotic emulation movement was launched within the Women's Union system, she consistently took the lead, participating with enthusiasm and responsibility. Each act of volunteerism she engages in arises from her compassion and deep sympathy for those facing difficult circumstances, reminiscent of her own past.
Every year, she spends more than 300 million VND to support people having difficult circumstances. Gifts such as books and clothes for poor students, rice and cash for poor households, hundreds of meals for lonely elderly people, people with disabilities, lottery ticket sellers, etc. not only have material meaning but also are spiritual encouragement, helping the recipients feel warmer and more confident in life.

During the impact of Storm No. 3 in 2024, which severely affected many provinces and cities, Ms. Hanh's family generously donated 2,300 T-shirts worth 200 million VND to those in flood-affected areas, bringing warmth to thousands of hearts.
