Giving love and earning trust
In recent years, Women's Union of Di An City has launched a patriotic emulation movement that has highlighted many exceptional women excelling in creativity, entrepreneurship, and community service. Among these notable figures is Ms. Tran Thi Hanh, Vice President of Di An City Women Entrepreneurs Association and Director of Canh Chi Fashion Garment Company Limited. She exemplifies a modern, brave, and compassionate woman who is deeply committed to her community. For Ms. Hanh, each volunteer effort is heartfelt and carries the positive message, "Give love - earn trust."
Spreading humanitarian actions
Ms. Hanh was born into a family in Di An Ward, where her childhood was marked by hardship and deprivation. However, these difficulties forged in her a strong will and a desire to rise above poverty, enabling her to build a better future for herself through her own efforts.
Determined to change her circumstances, she started her business from scratch. With perseverance and a keen business sense, she gradually established the respected Canh Chi fashion garment brand in the area. Not only has she developed a stable production and business operation, but her company also creates jobs for dozens of workers. She prioritizes hiring 22 individuals from poor households, providing them with stable incomes ranging from 5 to 15 million VND per month, thus helping them improve their lives and escape poverty sustainably.
For Ms. Hanh, success is not solely defined by profit; it is also about the ability to share and promote positive values within the community. When the patriotic emulation movement was launched within the Women's Union system, she consistently took the lead, participating with enthusiasm and responsibility. Each act of volunteerism she engages in arises from her compassion and deep sympathy for those facing difficult circumstances, reminiscent of her own past.

Every year, she spends more than 300 million VND to support people having difficult circumstances. Gifts such as books and clothes for poor students, rice and cash for poor households, hundreds of meals for lonely elderly people, people with disabilities, lottery ticket sellers, etc. not only have material meaning but also are spiritual encouragement, helping the recipients feel warmer and more confident in life.

In addition to her economic support activities, Ms. Tran Thi Hanh pays special attention to the younger generation, the future leaders of her homeland. For her, every instance of timely support is an opportunity to nurture dreams and motivate aspirations for success. Over the past year, she has donated hundreds of school uniforms and traditional white “ao dai” outfits to female high school students who come from challenging circumstances yet excel academically and are determined to succeed, helping their dreams take flight.
During the impact of Storm No. 3 in 2024, which severely affected many provinces and cities, Ms. Hanh's family generously donated 2,300 T-shirts worth 200 million VND to those in flood-affected areas, bringing warmth to thousands of hearts. Her actions reaffirm the valuable traditional values of the nation: solidarity, sharing, and the principle of "love others as you love yourself."
Moreover, Ms. Hanh actively collaborates with Women's Union at all levels in various patriotic emulation activities. Despite her busy schedule with her business, she dedicates time and resources to support event organization, sponsor programs, and create resources for the association to operate effectively. Her contributions provide both material and spiritual support, inspiring many women to live responsibly and to grow together.
