With its headquarters located in Ho Chi Minh City, Knight Frank Vietnam is set to operate under the leadership of Alex Crane, managing director, who has lived in the country for a long time and is a leading expert in the field.

Kevin Coppel, managing director of the Asia-Pacific region at Knight Frank, described Vietnam as boasting an extremely attractive market that features favourable factors such as a young and highly-educated population.

In addition, Vietnam is strategically placed as part of the region’s supply chains. It enjoys remarkable economic growth rate, is home to a growing number of affluent individuals, and is an increasingly important market for the company's international customers.

Crane emphasised that launching this new venture during the pandemic has been incredibly challenging, adding that both sides can work together in order to develop a business that focuses on human capacity in order to provide customers with top-quality services.

Alistair Elliott, senior partner and group chairman at Knight Frank LLP Group, pointed out that the country is gradually becoming a key market within the Asia-Pacific’s real estate industry.

He went on to express his belief that Crane and the Knight Frank Vietnam team will continue to deliver its range of professional services which customers have come to expect from Knight Frank globally.

Knight Frank LLP is the world's leading independent real estate consulting group, with a 125-year history of serving real estate partners. Headquartered in London in the UK, Knight Frank has more than 16,000 employees working in 384 offices across 51 territories and countries around the world.
