Good resolution of adminstrative procedures praised in Thu Dau Mot city

In the morning of October 22, at the Hall of the People's Committee of Thu Dau Mot city, the provincial People's Committee held a conference to review the implementation of the model of the Public Administration Service Center and the one-stop-shop project connecting the wards in Thu Dau Mot city. Attending the conference was Mr. Vo Van Minh, Deputy Secretary of the provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the provincial People's Committee, leaders of departments, branches, districts, towns and cities.

The application of information technology is gradually applied and people gradually get used to it. Administrative procedures are public, transparent, timely and fast. In addition, the whole city also publicizes the phone number and address of receiving complaints and feedbacks to promptly collect people's comments in the process of handling administrative procedures.

At the conference, Bau Bang district, Thuan An city, Bac Tan Uyen district, Ben Cat town and others have drawn a lot of good experiences from the pilot implementation of the public administrative procedure model and the commune-level projects in Thu Dau Mot city, especially the model of Public Administration Service Center, has brought about an autonomous and independent mechanism with its own seal and mechanism. In addition, localities highly appreciate the implementation of an interconnected "one-stop" division in 14 wards in Thu Dau Mot city by focusing on applying information technology to improve labor productivity and efficiency in handling administrative procedures and informing and visually and vividly propagating to the people.

Speaking at the conference, Mr. Vo Van Minh highly appreciated the good practice of Thu Dau Mot city in operating the public administrative center connected to 14 wards, which has contributed to creating high satisfaction among the people and contributing to the overall success of the PAR of the province. He suggested that localities need to be drastic in implementing administrative procedures in their localities by consolidating the entire organizational apparatus at the commune-level "one-stop-shop" division, especially solving administrative procedures for the people quickly to create high satisfaction. Localities need to proactively apply information technology, uphold the responsibility of leaders in performing administrative reform tasks, and arrange experienced cadres and civil servants at the "one-stop" division to provide advice on solving administrative problems for the people.
