To acknowledge great contributions and achievements of leadership workgroups and individuals of Laos' Champasak province in reinforcing and developing overall cooperation relationship between Binh Duong province and Lao's Champasak province, under authorization of the State President, Binh Duong provincial leadership delegation granted the third class Independence Order to Champasak province party committee vice secretary Somsanit Buttivong for his excellent achievements in reinforcing and spurring the traditional friendship relation and special solidarity between Vietnam and Laos and conferred a friendship medal on collectives of Champasak provincial departments of Planning and Investment and Foreign Affairs.
