Grassroots trade unions of Tan Uyen city hold conformed and solemn congresses

In order to well prepare for the 10th Tan Uyen Trade Union Congress, the Standing Board of the city Trade Union chose 3 grassroots trade unions directly under the organization to organize the congresses.

Specifically, the grassroots union of Thai Hoa Secondary School for the school block, the grassroots trade union of Uyen Hung ward for the administrative and career block and the grassroots trade union of Dai Hoa Co. Ltd. for the business block were selected in representation of the blocks in the area. The grassroots trade unions are well-prepared in all aspects, so the time to hold the congress was guaranteed according to the program and plan. The congress of grassroots trade unions was held solemnly and strictly according to regulations. The delegates attending the congress were serious, democratic with a high sense of responsibility to contribute many practical ideas to build the trade union organization and promote their ownership, especially in election.

Elections at the congresses are carefully prepared and conducted in accordance with the prescribed order, procedures and principles, ensuring 100% of grassroots trade unions to strictly observe the principle of electing the Executive Committee and electing delegates to the 10th city Trade Union Congress of 2023-2028 tenure. During the congress, business owners actively support and attend to record opinions and recommendations of union members and workers.
