The “Earth Hour 2025” campaign, with the message of "Green Transition – Green Future" calls on the community to join hands in embracing a new lifestyle, fully shifting to eco-friendly solutions and habits. The bicycle parade promoting the "Earth Hour 2025" campaign, co-organized by Binh Duong provincial Youth Union and Binh Duong Power Company on the morning of March 17, was also about spreading this meaningful message widely within the community, helping drive a transformation from awareness to real actions.
Through media efforts and the organization of various Earth Hour 2025 activities, with the active participation of people from all strata and the presence of leaders at all levels, the community's awareness of environmental protection, energy saving and climate change response will be enhanced undoubtedly. The “Earth Hour 2025” campaign will feature such meaningful activities as implementing the "25-second engine-off" program, distributing leaflets, hanging banners to promote the Earth Hour campaign; organizing a flashmob dance competition themed "Green dance – Join hands to save energy"…to support this campaign. These initiatives aim at raising awareness and inspiring real actions toward a safer, greener, cleaner and more beautiful environment.
In Binh Duong, the Earth Hour campaign has consistently organized meaningful activities, widely launching civilized and effective movements and programs to protect the environment, promoting a green lifestyle, saving electricity, water and utilizing resources in a sustainable manner. What is truly commendable is that after each launch, these movements are not only temporary actions, but have transformed into positive habits within the community. A large number of local residents have actively participated in significant activities, from not littering and building parks, miniature landscapes, roads arranged with flowers, clean and green quarters, model new-style rural areas... These are outstanding models, serving as clear evidence of the green transition implemented effectively by Binh Duong
Green energy, green consumption, green production, digital economy and circular economy development are the key goals that Binh Duong has set and is striving to achieve.
