Mr. Tran Do Hoai Bao, Director of HEVI Production and Trading Joint Stock Company of Ben Cat city, said that green growth is a new approach to economic development in countries around the world. Among them, packaging is one of the priority areas for applying circular economy, including the use of packaging. In particular, green growth is an important content to ensure effective and sustainable economic development, while contributing significantly to mitigation of the climate change impacts.

According to Mr. Bao: "Greenifying packaging is not only following the trend but also contributing to the survival of the businesses. The selection of packaging materials for products is a matter that both domestic and foreign enterprises carefully consider, ensuring product quality, environmental friendliness, and the highest recyclability. Accordingly, businesses invest heavily in research and development, innovate production technologies, use green materials, renewable materials, and apply various solutions in packaging production."

According to Mr. Nguyen Minh Nhat, Director of Nhat Nam Mechanical Company (Ben Cat City), wood export enterprises must meet the very strict standards and certification of testing of the respective countries. Therefore, these enterprises are seeking environmentally friendly packaging partners, adhering to international standards. At the same time, there is a need for cost reduction in the trend of export, which still faces myriad difficulties.
