Guidance on procedures of green label registration offered

From January 15, 2013 on, enterprises can submit dossiers to Vietnam Environment Agency (VEA) to be approved with Vietnam Green Label – certification of environment-friendly.The dossiers shall be detailed by Article 7 of Circular No. 41/2013/TT-BTNMT.VEA shall consider each dossier before replying in writing to enterprises of the approval or disapproval and required amendments (if any). If the enterprise is approved, a Decision on Certification of Vietnam Green Label shall be attached.Such decision shall be valid for 3 years, enabling enterprises to stick the label on their products in various forms of sticking, painting, attaching, sculpturing, and printing.Reported by Truc Huynh – Translated by Vi Bao
