In the morning of March 20, Becamex - Binh Phuoc Technical Infrastructure Development Joint Stock Company in collaboration with Binh Phuoc provincial People's Committee and Hayat Kimya Company held the inauguration ceremony of Hayat Kimya factory in Becamex - Binh Phuoc Industrial Park. Attending the inauguration ceremony was Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, representatives of central ministries and branches, and leaders of Binh Phuoc province. On the Binh Duong side was Mr. Nguyen Van Loi, Member of the CPV Central Committee, Secretary of the provincial Party Committee, Head of the provincial Delegation of the National Assembly, Mr. Nguyen Van Hung, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Becamex IDC.

Speaking at the ceremony, Ms. Tran Tue Hien, Chairwoman of Binh Phuoc provincial People's Committee, said aht Becamex - Binh Phuoc Industrial Park is the result of cooperation between the two provinces of Binh Duong and Binh Phuoc. The project is implemented according to the model of the Industrial - Urban - Service Complex that Becamex IDC has operated very effectively in Binh Duong province and a number of other provinces and cities. Recently, Binh Phuoc province and Becamex - Binh Phuoc Technical Infrastructure Development Joint Stock Company have been very active and flexible in attracting and connecting investment activities in the time of realizing the dual goal of fighting against the epidemic while developing the economy. The Investment Promotion Workshop held in December 2020 had typically attracted nearly 1,000 participating businesses including Hayat Group.
Becamex - Binh Phuoc Industrial Park is invested by Becamex - Binh Phuoc Technical Infrastructure Development Joint Stock Company on an industrial land area of over 2,400 hectares. After 4 years of implementation and calling for investments, up to now, the industrial park has attracted 49 projects with a total investment capital of more than USD 1 billion, contributing to the budget more than VND 1,700 billion and solving public problems and employment for more than 6,000 workers. Hayat Kimya factory is accounted for a total investment of about VND 250 million (100% capital of Turkey), built on an area of 32 hectares. The factory produces baby diapers and tissues with the Molfix brand. The factory is expected as a mainstay to export about 40% of its total capacity to Thailand. The company has also invested in a solar power system with a capacity of 5.3 MWp to make the most of the production line's operational capacity. In particular, Hayat aims to save 6.5 MWh of electricity as part of its commitment to sustainable development in Vietnam.
Speaking at the ceremony, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh welcomed investors to Binh Phuoc; at the same time, foreign investors contribute to the construction and promotion of the expanded relationships in Vietnam, contributing to human resource training in Vietnam. It also helps mobilize high technologies to be exploited effectively, increase labor productivity and potential values, and contribute to the assurance of social security. The Prime Minister highly appreciated the efforts of Becamex IDC which have made an important contribution to the economic development of Binh Phuoc province.
The Prime Minister said that in the past time, in Binh Phuoc province and Becamex IDC have well settled legitimate interests between employees and employers to take care of the material and spiritual life of employees including the housing matters. Becamex IDC has made an important contribution in improvement of the lives of workers, contributing to the development of health, cultural and social infrastructure of Binh Phuoc province.
