Health and beauty from folk dances

To implement the plan of the Central Presidium of the Vietnamese Women's Union (VWU) on organizing the national women's folk dance and physical training contest in 2023, the Standing Board of the provincial Women's Union has developed plan to participate in contests of folk dance movement in the organization of the festival.

The purpose of the movement is to propagate and mobilize members and women to choose an appropriate form of exercise and sport for their own health and that of their family members. The activity also aims to attract more and more members, women and people to practice mass sports in the spirit of the Resolution of the 13th National Women's Congress. The association also promotes propaganda about the national women's dance and gymnastics contest in 2023, organized by the Central Vietnam Women's Union. Thereon, officials and members of associations at all levels have enthusiastically participated and organized contests and activities to spread the mass sport movement among members and women. Currently, most of the units have female teams performing folk dance and sports with elaborate and thoughtful choreographed performances also a place to exchange, meet and learn many things in association activities and in life. It is a place for women with similar passions to meet and practice.
