Helping people stabilize their lives through loans

Ben Cat city’s Bank for Social Policies reported that in the first six months of 2024, policy credit activities were effectively implemented, meeting the set targets and significantly contributing to the local economic and social development, sustainable poverty reduction and social security.

Accordingly, the total loan disbursement amounted to over VND 97 billion. The total debt collection was over VND 92 billion. The total outstanding loans reached over VND 465 billion, an increase of 1.01% compared to the beginning of the year.  The disbursement progress of the allocated credit programs reached 99.6% of the plan.

Policy credit capital has basically met the loan needs of the poor and other policy beneficiaries in the area, creating conditions for students to focus on their studies, contributing to the national goal on making poverty reduction, building new-style rural areas and ensuring social security in the locality.
