Under provincial Project of “Unitizing and gathering young workers”, the Youth Federation of Hoa Loi commune in Ben Cat district has organized young workers-oriented movements and activities, creating favorable conditions for them to make contributions to Binh Duong homeland.
Hoa Loi is a commune with development in terms of industry, services and agriculture, so the number of immigrant youths coming here to work has got more crowded. That’s reason why taking care of young workers’ livelihood is an important activity.
Hoa Loi commune has so far set up 9 sub-unions for young workers at lodging facilities with 543 members. They have regularly organized cultural activities and classes on social practice skills for young workers while making dissemination of information about the Party and State’s policies and laws among them.
On Tet and great holidays, the communal Youth Union has also held exchange programs; “banh chung” (square-shaped sticky rice cakes), “banh tet” (cylindrical sticky rice cakes)-making contests; fold games and offered help to alien young workers who could not return for Tet…, contributing to taking care of young workers’ livelihood. The above sub-unions for young workers have also contributed to maintaining order and security at lodging facilities.
Such these apart, Hoa Loi commune’s Youth Federation and its affiliates have excelled at the task of uniting and gathering young workers at lodging facilities; sped up dissemination of information about the resolutions of Party, Youth Union and other mass organizations and promoted the campaign of “Studying and following Uncle Ho’s teachings” among young workers…
