Honor, pride…

Yesterday (April 4), Binh Duong province’s female militia unit participated in a grand military and civilian parade to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the liberation of the South and national reunification (April 30, 1975). The unit was in a high spirit as they began the phase 3 of their training. Participating in this historical event is a great honor and source of pride for each individual. This also serves as a significant motivation for members of the female militia to train hard and contribute to the success of the national celebration.

Recognizing that taking part in the parade to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the liberation of the South and national reunification is an honorable and proud task, provincial Military Command’s Party Committee have thoroughly outlined the mission, made meticulous preparations and organized strict selection while ensuring that all aspects of the work for the female militia's participation in the parade are well-managed, from training to fulfilling their assigned duties. Accordingly, agencies and units have carefully selected female militia members, ensuring political qualities, ethics, skills and health standards to train in accordance with the planned objectives.

After nearly 4 months of training, with the spirit of "overcoming the sun, overcoming the rain", up to now, members of the female militia for  the parade to celebrate the 50th Anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification have basically met the requirements of the mission. With the requirement of standing at attention for 3.5-4 hours, they need to go through a difficult training process to ensure the body's endurance in hot weather conditions. The hard training has helped the physical strength, especially the legs of the "beauties" to be more stable, ready to enter the sprint training phase, perfecting the skills, formations and teams to prepare for the military parade on April 30.

The 50th anniversary of the liberation of the South and national reunification is a major national event, aiming at widely propagandizing and educating the entire Party, people and military about the monumental scale, value and historical significance of the resistance war against American imperialism, the great victory of the Spring of 1975, the liberation of the South and the reunification of the country while raising awareness, strengthening revolutionary ideals and bolstering the people's confidence in the cause of renewal, industrialization, modernization and international integration under the leadership of the Communist Party of Vietnam. It is an honor and source of pride for the female militia of the province to participate in the national celebration. They are determined and striving to train diligently to ensure the successful completion of their assigned tasks.
