HSBC Vietnam helps 15,000 unlucky kids

HSBC Vietnam said that the bank will start a bid invitation for projects under ‘Future First’ program in this month. The program’s target is to support community projects for unlucky children to offer schooling opportunity for them. Total expense of the 2007-2012 program amounts to US$10mil.

The program has so far helped over 344,000 kids across 47 nations all over the world. In Vietnam, the program has donated more than US$434,000 to 13 projects, helping over 15,000 unlucky kids.

In 2010, the bank will spend VND1.9bil to donate 10 projects for street children from now till 2011.
