HSBC wins best online bank award

The Hong Kong and Shanghai Banking Corporation (HSBC) has secured the title of best online bank in Vietnam conferred by Global Finance magazine.

The corporation also received the award in several other countries and territories like Australia, Brunei, Hong Kong, Japan and Sri Lanka.

 

The awardees, which were selected by a global jury with Global Finance as the decisive jury, have been honored for the excellence of their online customer services, for increasing the number of online customers and offering a diversity of products, as well as other effective strategies.

 

HSBC customers can save 50 percent of normal transaction costs by utilising online banking services.
