After issuing the project of “Improving legal awareness for Binh Duong provincial youths” for the period of 2009-2013, the provincial admin agencies bloc’s youth union set up the volunteer teams of legal dissemination across Justice, Procuracy, local Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs, Labor Union, provincial Inspection, Women Union, Social Insurance and many more.

The project has been implemented by many various forms of dissemination, leaflet distribution, placards hanging, bulletin and so on.

Over the past 5 years, on average, 4,000 leaflets on legal dissemination have been distributed to youth unions, hamlets, residential areas and, lodging homes. Besides, other dissemination programs have lured the participation of around 20,000 people. Contests learning about laws have been held annually. Many young cadres with legal knowledge have joined voluntarily in the volunteer team on legal dissemination.

Tran Huu Duyen, secretary of the provincial People’s Justice’ youth union, one of cadres of the project said that the project’s success is thanks to great care of units, authorities. The quality of legal promulgation has been improved significantly. However, the project has faced difficulties in expense and preparation and so on. In the coming time, the youth union will focus on effective programs of distributing leaflets and disseminating laws and so so.

Nguyen Duc Duan, vice secretary of the provincial admin agencies bloc youth union said that in the coming years, the bloc youth union will continue maintaining and renovating promulgation forms to take laws to people, especially youths.
