Improving qualifications, professional skills for union members and workers

According to the provincial Labor Federation, the number of Trade Union members and workers given qualifications, professional skills training has been increasing recently. Provincial Labor Federation has also organized training courses of amended Labor Code, Trade Union Law, contents of financial works, emulation, female works… The system of vocational facilities has counseled, introduced jobs, and give vocational training to 13,208 people; given short-term, long-term, and special trainings to 6,157 people.

Besides, propaganda and education on political ideology has been enhanced; Union branches organized 945 phases for 421,804 persons attending training of Constitution in 2013, Law on Children Protection and Care, Road Traffic Law. Quarterly, provincial Labor Federation holds rapporteur conference to timely inform contemporary situation, news, disseminate new documents, policies.
