Improving quality and operational efficiency of trade union cadres

The provincial Labor Union just ratified an action plan to implement a program of improving quality and operation efficiency of trade union cadres for the period of 2013-2018. Accordingly, the union targets to reach 90% of trade union cadres getting university degrees, 70% of grassroot trade union cadres getting intermediate degrees.
