Incentives for persons bringing new occupation to Binh Duong

PPC issued a draft with many incentives for persons bringing new occupation to Binh Duong province. Accordingly, the new occupation must exist in Binh Duong at least 2 years, labor scale must achieve at least 100 labors or 30 households. The new occupation has to have obvious socioeconomic benefits, products must be accepted by the community, income of labor must equal or higher than average income of other existing professions in the province. Contributor bringing new occupation to Binh Duong province is entitled to incentives, such as: support for the new occupation’s vocational training; is allowed to collect tuition fees; support for trade promotion; the State protects the copyright and intellectual property rights...
