The Government promulgated Decree No 73/2013/ND-CP regarding to adjustment of pensions, allowances of social insurance and monthly allowances for retired officials at commune- level.Since July 1st 2013, pensions, allowances of social insurance and monthly allowances have been increased 9.6% regarding to following subjects:1. Cadres, public servants, officers, employees; military officials, public polices, who are beneficiaries of monthly pensions.2. Officials at communes, ward, towns regulated by Decree No 92/2009/ND-CP, Decree No 121/2003 / ND-CP and Decree No 09/1998/ND-CP of the Government, are receivers of pensions and monthly allowances.3. Legitimate receivers of monthly labor allowance; receivers of monthly allowances regulated by Decision No 91/2000/QD-TTg, Decision No 613/QD-TTg dated May 6th 2010 of Prime Minister; rubber workers are entitled to a monthly allowance.4. Officials at communes, ward, towns are receiving monthly allowances regulated by Decision No 130/CP dated June 20th 1975 of the Cabinet Council and Decision No 111-HDBT dated October 13th 1981 of Minister Council.5. Military officials are receiving monthly allowances regulated by Decision No 142/2008/QD-TTg dated October 27th 2008, Decision No 38/2010/QD-TTg dated May 6th 2010 of Prime Minister.6. Public police are receiving monthly allowances regulated by Decision No 53/2010/QD0TTg dated August 20th 2010 of Prime Minister.7. Military personnel, public police, officials fulfilling essential duties, who are receiving same salaries to military personnel, public police receiving monthly allowances regulated by Decision No 62/2011/QD-TTg dated November 9th 2011 of Prime Minister.The Decree will take effect from September 1st 2013.Reported by Nguyen Cao – Translated by Ngoc Huynh
