Individuals achieved great titles of movements of initatives and technical improvement

By summarizing the emulations at the grassroots, 698 turns of collectives and over 14,400 turns of individuals have gained outstanding achievements to be praised and rewarded in a timely manner; there have been hundreds of initiatives and technical solutions applied in practice; 5 individuals were awarded with creative labor certificates by the Vietnam General Trade Union; 3 individuals won the "Vietnam Rubber" award; 4 individuals won the "Phu Rieng Do" award; 14 individuals won the badge of "Phu Rieng Do"; 122 individuals won the title of "Vietnamese rubber worker elites".

In particular, the whole company had 566 initiatives to participate in phase 1 and 2 of the program of "1 million initiatives - efforts to overcome difficulties, be creative, determined to defeat the COVID-19 pandemic", reaching a rate of 102 ,91% of the target assigned by the Vietnam Rubber Union.
