Industrial park coverage rate of Binh Duong highest nationwide

According to the Vietnam Association of Realtors (VARS), Binh Duong is currently the locality with the highest occupancy rate of industrial parks in the country. The province's 29 operating industrial parks have occupancy rates of over 95%. Binh Duong is also the locality with the largest total industrial park area in the country of about 12,721 hectares, accounting for 25% of the total area of industrial parks in the South or equivalent to 13% of the total area of industrial parks of the country.

Binh Duong is making a provincial plan for 2021-2030 with a vision to 2050 focusing on attracting industries and professions that bring high added value and meet increasingly strict standards of international investors.
