Industrial production increases by 6.3%

According to Binh Duong provincial Statistics Office, industrial production activities in April 2023 are still facing difficult and challenging situations. The province has focused on leadership and drastic management to direct departments and branches in the area to help businesses promote production, business, construction investment and import-export activities.

Industrial production index in April-2023 is estimated to increase by 2.2% over the previous month by the rate of 6.3% over the same period. In which, the processing and manufacturing industry increased by 2.1% over the previous month and by 6.4% over the same period. Not only were the difficulties due to the effects of conflicts and inflation, enterprises in Binh Duong also have many problems with procedures for licensing fire prevention and fighting or difficulty in accessing loans, etc. to promote industrial production.
