Inspection implemented with focus, ensuring the plan

Early April 6, provincial Inspectorate held a session for the first quarter of the local inspection branch and implemented tasks for the second quarter of 2023.

In the first quarter of the year, all-level inspection agencies focused on effectively implementing planned and unscheduled inspection tours as directed. In general, the units ensured compliance with the inspection plan set out.

The contents of the inspection tours were implemented with focus on State management, socio-economic management of all-level authorities and sectors. This task helped improve shortcomings in management; opportunately handle law violations. Urging and inspecting the implementation of inspection conclusions were promoted and results achieved had many positive changes. In the first quarter of 2023, the province’s inspection sector conducted 31 administrative inspection tours at 58 units and 210 specialized inspections at 1,497 organizations and individuals.

Through the administrative inspection, wrongful units in the financial sector were proposed to recover more than VND7.07billion in the State budget with VND111 million paid for the State budget. The sector also proposed other handling ways on business with VND173million, administratively handled 4 organizations and 18 individuals... For the specialized inspection, 515 organizations and individuals were administratively sanctioned with the amount of VND 8.12billion. The sector also collected and paid more than VND7.93 billion for State budget...
