Int’l Jewelry Fair 2011 attracts designers, businesses

The fair attracted 8,000 jewelry makers, businesses, and top skilled craftsmen in Vietnam.

On display are intricately-designed products from 12 countries and territories around the world. The fair is divided into two parts: an area for domestic and foreign watches, and another for jewelry making technology, materials and machinery to make silver and gold products.  

Nguyen Thanh Long, General Director of Saigon Jewelry Company Limited (SJC), said the event is considered an effective trade promotion activity for domestic and international businesses to share experience and sign contracts, helping develop Vietnam’s silver, gold and gemstone industry.

The event has been organized by SJC since 1992.
