Early October 26, provincial People's Court in coordination with provincial Department of Natural Resources and Environment and provincial Civil Judgment Execution Sub-department organized an online conference reviewing the five-year implementation of the Regulation No. 5317/Q C P H - S T N M T- TA N D - CTHADS on inter-sectoral coordination in the work of making cadastral surveying with measurement, correction, valuation, providing information to serve the resolution of land disputes, complaints and civil judgment execution (briefly called Regulation No. 5317). The conference was attended by Vo Van Ba, Member of provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Commission.
The units achieved many important results after 5 years of implementing the Regulation No. 5317 (from January 1, 2018 to December 31, 2022). Especially, after the Regulation was signed, leaders of the units promptly deployed it to all officials and civil servants and proactively implemented duties in each professional field stated in the regulation. In general, over the past time, the coordination between the units under the inter-sectoral coordination regulation was implemented well. They had a close relationship and operated effectively in professional work through exchanging written opinions or providing written information at the request of the coordination agencies.
According to leaders of provincial People's Court, after 5 years of implementing the Regulation No. 5317, provincial People's Court has resolved 6,553 cases of land-related disputes. Provincial Land Registration Office and its branches have also completed 5,293 dossiers requesting cadastral copies with measurement and correction, providing information to serve the resolution of land disputes for 12,206 dossiers.
