Investors interested in Dau Tieng

According to Dau Tieng district’s People’s Committee, the district’s urban and tourism development projects received great attention from enterprises in and out of the province over the past time.

The district rechecked its land fund for socialization and investment projects under the public-private partnership (PPP) form with 128 hectares. The district has also called for socialization in investment for Ben Suc market with total capital estimated at VND7billion.

So far, the district has fulfilled auction for 44 land plots at Minh Tan market and Long Tan market with total money collected at more than VND12.95billion and this task is being implemented for the remainder of the two markets. All money from the land auction program will be used to invest in traffic infrastructure, water and power systems in urban areas of the district.
