A seminar entitled “Japanese companies’ experiences on keeping talents” was co-held by Bac My Education Corp. and local Job Center and SNI JSC on March 26.

At the event, Prof-Ph.D Yoshiaki Takahashi of CHOU University Tokyo and local scholars delivered speeches of Japanese companies’ experiences on keeping talents. Delegates who are directors, human resources staff, managers… shared together experiences on keeping talents.

The seminar helped local small and medium businesses focus on manpower strategy.
