This project is to minimize usage of individual traffic means, contributing to build a safe traffic network and curb environmental pollution and simultaneously apply advanced techniques into bus management.

In order to launch this project, JICA will assist technique for this project. At this working session, the two sides debated issues relating to setting out the common management committee, project group and so on. It is expected that a technical cooperation draft will be ratified and a MoU will be signed on March 20.

At the session, Tran Thanh Liem agreed on contents of the technical cooperation project set out by JICA and asked the local Transport Department, Investment and Planning Department and Finance Department to implement the project’s stages.
