Just like in the pandemic peak period, this situation had a chain effect on many workers, so there was anxiety and caused disturbance in the daily life of employees. Meanwhile, at present, many businesses in the province are still recruiting due to a shortage of workers, especially enterprises in the fields of apparel, footwear and warehousing, delivery, export, trade... Even some businesses have actively travelled to the western provinces to communicate to local workers about the actual labour needs in Binh Duong, especially at the end of the year.

In order to share with the difficulties of employees as well as ensure jobs, welfare policies for employees, stabilize the security and order situation, the provincial leaders have requested relevant agencies and units to focus implementing measures to stabilize labour relations, connecting labour supply and demand for job seekers and job seekers to meet; strengthen trade promotion to find new orders for enterprises, and at the same time create more jobs for employees; require enterprises to strictly comply with regimes related to labour policies and social insurance; at the same time supporting and taking care of employees' lives, especially during the upcoming Lunar New Year...

In the midst of difficulties, the government and departments, agencies and localities of the province have not stopped making efforts to take care of social security and stabilize the life of employees both physically and mentally.
