That what the author wanted to talk about, wholehearted journalist of “Call us” program of Binh Duong Newspaper…  A representative of BD Newspaper offered money of readers to Thien Bao’s familyMost of reporters of “Call us” program are from other columns and writing for this program is an extra task of them. However, they do not overlook but always listen and try their best for articles of this program with the hope of helping other people.They are: Anh Sang, Cong Luan, Thien Ly, Hong Thuan, Ngoc Thanh, Huy Binh, Quang Tam… They expressed sympathy in touched writings given to readers, like: Unhappy family of a dead husband, wife grows up 2 children; Bedridden husband of cancer wife; Sick father takes care of mentally ill son; Poor couple bring up a child with cerebral palsy… All are pathetic and need to be support to overcome the period of misfortunes.Cases got help quickly make us feel really happy. Namely, while attending meetings, we left and guided an overseas Vietnamese to a poor character, or took a reader to brick kilns at Thanh Phuoc, Tan Uyen… to help a family having 2 sick children… The 4 year-old Thien Bao baby boy, whose parents died because of an accident, received more than VND12 mln for curing his illness and hundreds of million VND of readers and Binh Duong Newspapers. Tuoi Ngoc pre-school, where his aunt works, donated VND50 mln from parents and teachers’ contribution. And many anonymous readers also contributed to help Thien Bao…Most of misery people are immigrants from other provinces. Bad lucks and being new to the surrounding made their life more difficult…Receiving information, sending reporter for checking, writing, posting and accepting reader’s contribution, all are a long process coordinated by many people. Besides, leadership of BD Newspaper always urges us to work faster, more effective. Thereafter, we felt happy when every poor person could get help.On occasion of press day, we are grateful to all readers supporting “Call us” program. Apart from the 3 phone numbers of the program, our mobile numbers sometimes received calls from our characters to tell their happiness or sadness. This is also a pleasure as becoming a trusted friend of somebody…The program “Call us” appeared since August 2013 has reported over 70 difficult cases. Total value of reader’s contributions directly at BD Newspaper is more than VND40 mln and hundreds of million VND mobilized by the newspaper.
