Journey of "Following tradition - firmly stepping into the future" held

On January 15, Tan Uyen town’s Youth Union Standing Committee organized a "Border Spring" program and a “Following tradition - firmly stepping into the future" journey in Binh Phuoc province’s Loc Ninh district.

Accordingly, the delegation visited and offered gifts to Loc An border post, people and children of ethnic minorities with difficult circumstances in Loc Ninh district’s Loc An commune. Specifically, leaders of the town’s Youth Union gave 50 gifts worth VND500,000 each to needy people; donated 500kg of rice, VND 10 million in cash, 10 boxes of gloves and 2,500 medical masks to the border post. They also offered 1,100 notebooks to disadvantaged students, 20 cartons of baby shower gel and 3 scholarships worth VND1million together with 50 notebooks each to disadvantaged students.

It is known that the total cost of the program is VND100 million.

Accordingly, leaders of the town’s Youth Union together with Youth Union members visited, offered incense and flowers at Loc Ninh revolutionary headquarters- a national revolutionary historical relic in Loc Ninh town.
