Journey to “red addresses” held

Tan Uyen town’s Fatherland Front Committee (FFC) has just held a journey to red addresses. The event absorbed the participation of the town’s FFC, liaison committee for revolutionary soldiers imprisoned by the enemy, FFC cadres from 12 communes, wards and 70 quarters, hamlets across the town.

Accordingly, the delegation visited the town’s Martyrs ‘Cemetery, Ong temple relic site and Vinh Loi war zone relic site. In each visiting place, the delegation burn incense, offered flowers to commemorate heroes and martyrs who sacrificed their lives for national independence and freedom; learnt about the tradition of national history in order to love more about and be proud of Tan Uyen’s people and land.

This is part of activities marking the 90th anniversary of traditional day of Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, thereby lighting the moral principle of “When drinking water, remember its source” while creating favorable conditions for FFC cadres to share experience in work. It is known that the town’s FFC will organize a program named “Bus of solidarity and sentiment” to visit and pay tribute to FFC cadres over periods, members of the liaison committee for revolutionary soldiers imprisoned by the enemy; donate “unity great” and gratitude houses in Thanh Phuoc and Thai Hoa wards.
